GameSchedGo (GSG) is committed to protecting the privacy of all users. This policy explains what data is collected, why it is collected, and how it is protected.
Data is used to create and verify accounts, manage bookings and leagues, communicate with registrants, and keep the platform secure.
Data is shared only with authorized city/barangay sports administrators for official purposes, or when required by law. GSG does not sell or rent personal data.
Files you upload (e.g., IDs, waivers, proof of residency) are stored securely and are visible only to authorized administrators for validation.
GSG applies technical and organizational safeguards including transport encryption (HTTPS), access controls, audit logging, and periodic reviews.
You may request access or correction to your information by contacting GSG support or your barangay sports office. Removal of data may be limited by retention rules for official records.
We retain data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

GameSchedGo provides booking, scheduling, and league management services for Trece Martires City and its barangays. Users agree to provide accurate information and to use the system responsibly.
By submitting registrations, users confirm they are eligible to join the selected event and that any uploaded documents are genuine.
Offensive behavior, fraudulent submissions, and misuse of the system may result in suspension or removal.
Users grant GSG and authorized administrators a limited right to process uploaded files solely to verify eligibility and manage events.
Schedules, rules, and requirements may change. Administrators will publish updates within the system.
GSG is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, GSG and the LGU are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from system use.
Continuing to use GSG constitutes acceptance of these terms.
